Our Process begins with an initial concept either by email, phone or a visit to your location. There is a $35.00 charge to come to your home if you are in the greater Phoenix area. Outside this area the fee will vary depending on the distance. For clients outside of Arizona or for those not requiring a visit you can provide the necessary information by emailing a photo or a drawing with all measurements and all necessary information needed to complete the piece, thus no $35.00 fee will be charged.

If you require an original design there is a $200.00 design fee. You will be provided with the drawings and an estimate which will include materials and labor along with the date you can expect completion and delivery. In some cases a client may request an actual model of the project, the charges will be determined by the size of the project. Both the conceptual drawings and model if required will become your property if you decide not to continue. The above fees are not refundable but will be applied to your contract price if you decide to have us perform the work

Upon ordering your custom piece a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required. Upon receipt of the deposit the order will be placed in line for production. The average lead time is 1 to 2 months, this is only an estimate larger jobs could take longer smaller jobs could take less time. Final balance is due upon completion .

We make every piece of furniture ourselves there is no middle man to deal with. All furniture shown on this site is made in our shop.

We use traditional construction techniques such as mortise and tenon and dovetails. These same joints have been used for hundreds of years .

We build all of our furniture from solid wood only. We do not use any veneers, we have all seen furniture that's veneer is peeling or chipping off , we would not like it on pieces we have in our home we would not send it to yours.

We carefully choose the hardwood for each piece based on your preference and our experience. All our exotics and hardwood pieces come from green sources we are environmentally conscience company.

Every order placed receives our full attention we build one order at a time from start to finish before starting another project.

Shipping can be done a number of ways and can be discussed at time of order. We do not upcharge shipping costs you pay what we are charges
